King Of Fighters returns with its 13th installment this July, still in its classic 2-D style with a modern appeal the game returns with a 31 character roster with the original characters plus 11 all new, unfortunately it's only set to come out in arcade form..for now. But it would bring smiles to a lot of peoples faces to see this on PS3 and 360.. King of Fighters 13 hits U.S. arcades July 14th
